    1. Cracking present

Reviewed: September 2, 2015 by Wigs, a Straight Single Female

I received this book as a present for my 21st from one of my girlfriends.

At the time, I was a little bit 'meh' about reading this, but being totally honest, it inspired me to try a few things I've never thought to try before. It inspired me to be a bit more daring!

    2. Overall Rating
      7 out of 10 stars
      Simplicity of it.
It was kind of dated. Would have liked a a few more shockers!
      Bottom line
I'd rate this about 7 out of 10 for the cover picture alone!

    1. A good book for beginners

Reviewed: June 5, 2015 by sexytime87, a Straight Engaged Male

I had bought this book quite a few years ago now, when I first got introduced to wearing outfits and sex toys and thought it would be a good way of trying different things in the bedroom. I had a little read all the way through and thought that some of the positions looked good. It then got tucked away with all of my other books, and I hadn’t seen it until I was packing up my room to move.

When I unpacked I thought I would get it out again and look through. Now more experienced, there isn’t really many positions I haven’t tried, but I thought it would be a good way for me and my partner to look at and see if anything jumped out at us.

The first chapter is the book is quite boring and just talks about where kama sutra came from. It also says where his and her sex zones are. It tells you how to pleasure yourselves and where the sensitive areas are on your body. It gives a little description on sex toys, but not too much on that area in this book. It also tells you how to breath, how to meditate, how to kiss how to touch. There were some interesting bits on the oral sex parts of the book, but by now me and my partner know what we like.

Onto the next chapter of the book - the kama sutra positions. Now this is where it does get a little disappointing, because most of the positions in here are the ones that me and my other half use most of the time in our sessions. At the beginning of the positions, there is a little contents page, and there are green, amber and red positions. The green ones are slow and sensual, the amber is deep and dirty, and red is acrobatic erotica. On the side of each page there is a coloured page number so you know which position is easy, medium or hard. There is a picture of the position and a description of how to get into that position. There are little extras on how the positions work and what they are good for. Also there are 21st century twists to every position.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to know more on the basics of sex and positions, so they know what they are doing and have more information on how to do things. This isn’t really for anyone who is experienced in sex as there are only 6 red positions and most of them we have tried anyway.
