Due to the Canada Post Strike we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time.

Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based on destination address.

Parcel forwarding services

Lovehoney is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders shipped to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been shipped to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date in your Lovehoney Account! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong shipping address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realise you've made a mistake before the order has been processed, please contact us straight away.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your order.
If your package is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 business days overdue, please contact us.
