Orders placed before 11:00am CST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.
Express orders via DHL Express placed before 9.30am CST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed before 6am CST on Saturday are shipped the same day.
Lovehoney and Covid-19 precautions
We've taken lots of precautionary measures to ensure that we're following government guidelines to keep our warehouse staff working in a safe environment. This includes:
- Reducing the number of our people on a shift at any time;
- Adhering to the 2 metres distancing rule at all times while staff are picking and packing your orders, and also staying 2 metres apart when taking breaks;
- There's a break between shifts clocking off and clocking on while we clean down all the surfaces;
- We've also turned over some office space into warehouse space to help staff spread out.
The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and it's possible that the above measures may have an impact on when your order is delivered.
We ask for your patience and understanding if it's a little later than you would usually expect.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your order.
If your package is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.
