All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto. Lovehoney.ca uses Canada Post and selected courier services. We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes.

Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based on destination address. Next day delivery is available for most of Ontario and Quebec.

When you check out, you will be able to choose which shipping option you would like. Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of shipping option.

The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

Packages are automatically available for detailed tracking. If you choose this service, you will be sent an email once your package has been shipped containing the tracking number and link needed to track the location of your order as it is sent to you.
Please note that our courier (express service) is not able to deliver to PO Box or APO addresses as a signature is required on delivery.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your order.
If your package is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 business days overdue, please contact us.
