Both me and my partner winced when we took this out of the box. I had a good look over it while cleaning it. It is superb quality. There was not a single scratch or scuff on the material. It's flawless.

The ball on the end of the hook actually screws on the hook itself into place, so I would always double check that it is as tight as it can go before use, just in case! That really is my only niggle with this hook.

Cleaning is very easy with the toy as the ball can be removed.
